Application Process

Step 1: Online Application

Step 2: Submission of Paper Documents

Prepare two sets of the following documents:

  • Application form for international students at LUT.
  • Notarized copies of previous academic certificates (with translations if not in English or Chinese).
  • Notarized transcripts of previous academic records.
  • Copy of passport (front page) and, for students in China, copies of valid visa or residence permits.
  • Study plan (for undergraduate applicants) or research plan (for postgraduate applicants).
  • Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors (for graduate applicants).
  • Certificate of no criminal record.
  • Valid HSK Level 4 certificate (minimum score of 200).
  • Completed Foreign Physical Examination Form.

Submit these documents by express delivery or through an entrusted person to the School of International Education at LUT.

Step 3: Interview

Candidates who pass the document review will receive an email invitation for an interview. Interviews will be conducted via Skype (Skype ID: study_282). Ensure you provide your nationality and passport number to the interviewer. The interview will assess language proficiency (Chinese or English), professional knowledge, and overall competency.
