Potatoes are my favorite, i make them very often. These ginger flavoured are so good. Including onions to this makes it extra tasty.

I made these and served with plain rice, tomato rasam and curd. It was scrumptious. I used kashmiri chilli powder, as a result of i wished to have a vibrant pink color with out the warmth.
