Pricey sirs,

An terrible lot has been stated and written not too long ago concerning flights to the UK.

My spouse and I’ve simply travelled from Alicante to East Midlands Airport by way of Jet2 on June 29 flight LS642 at 10.35 hours.

The cabin crew have been very well dressed and proved {most professional} and pleasant.

The entire journey couldn’t have been higher.

Being outdated and discovering it tough to stroll we did request ‘assisted journey’.

Wow! What service. It was like a army operation. Our son defined to the Jet2 reserving in desk our state of affairs. The woman seemed up and replied “No drawback”. Two assistant journey workers instantly arrived – sat us within the airport wheelchairs, positioned a label on the chair and whisked us straight to safety. By way of there, to a ready part with others and later onto our boarding gates.

The airplane was a bit late however inside moments we have been loaded on to our seats, and I requested a glass of water – inside seconds it arrived!

I have no idea how they did it, however the airplane managed to land at East Midlands Airport on scheduled time!

Arriving at East Midlands we (along with one other two {couples}) have been transferred to a brand new bus unit at airplane top – seated, and the entire unit lowered itself to street degree and pushed to passport management.

In our airport wheelchairs we have been rushed by to passport management, case collected and brought exterior by the ‘assistant ambassadors’ to hyperlink up with our kinfolk.

Simply felt that I need to publicly congratulate all involved in making a usually tough journey into such a pleasing expertise.
