Components

  • 1 no. Mango (unripe) (massive)
  • ¼ cup Coconut (chopped)
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • ½ inch Mango ginger
  • 2 no. Inexperienced chilli
  • 2 no. Entire crimson chili
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Water as wanted

Directions

  • Wash and peel the mango.
  • Reduce roughly into small items.
  • In a blender jar take all of the substances besides water.
  • Make a rough paste, add water if wanted (however favor to keep away from the water).
  • Switch the amba chatani to an air-tight container.

Notes

  • My household just like the coarse texture, so I’ve stored it this manner. If you want mix to a clean paste by including little water.
